We are very disappointed with the delays in receiving our orders. We ordered an item in April and it has been back ordered until September. We also made additional orders and we were informed they were back ordered without an estimated delivery date. I was told COVID is the reason for the delays, but when asked for a discount for the inconvenience, we were not given any consideration.
Excellent web site, varied selection with many pieces I didn't see offered by other companies. I liked that there was also a variety of prices. My fixture arrived promptly regardless of bad weather, and was correct and totally intact. The PACKING BY SHADES OF LIGHT WAS EXCELLENT as was the manufacturer's packaging. Overall I'm a very happy camper - great shopping experience.
The picture light I purchased is great. I love that it has a remote as well as the option to change the brightness. It works perfect over my picture and looks beautiful.
So happy with the selection of lights. Found just what I wanted!!
The light we ordered came quickly and arrived well protected. I appreciated the updates of when my package would arrive. Will happily order again from here.
I love your catalog and I love your products but after that, not so much. when I visited your store, I did not see the promised 87,000 square feet of display as advertised. With the one exception of buying a piece that was displayed in the store, everything I’ve ordered had to come from your warehouse requiring me to make several trips to downtown Richmond. I recently ordered three island pendants online that were said to be in stock only to wait a week for delivery. When I sent an email asking when the items would shipped, I received a second email asking for patience as there were problems with suppliers. Im sure that’s true but the items ordered were in stock and I still waited a week for delivery. Meanwhile I ordered lighting from a store in Los Angeles which I received three days later along with free shipping. I paid $40.00 for shipping from your warehouse to my home aylett which seems over the top.
All of this is to say I love your products but noting about your customer service.
Beautiful shade! A little on the pricy side, but beautiful none the less.
Only two of three tightening screws needed were in one of the packages. The other one was fine. Not sure if I like the lights,though.
I have ordered many lights from them! All great quality ! Takes less than a week, good tracking and well wrap! I called customer service once and Nicole solved my issue. She even called me back and made sure everything was gonna go as promised ! Thumbs up!
Had 2 fans that wouldn't work and the customer service was great for the returns.
I ordered a large number of items in the Fall for a 14,000 sf construction site; everything but one item came in great condition. We had a lost shipment of all the outdoor lights (which took us 4 hours to find where they misdelivered). But, we did find them eventually. However, we just purchased 3 expensive Samura fans. One came damaged, the other two were grossly undersized from the represented specifications. I have sent pictures and wasted all day with their customer service trying to get this resolved. They refuse to pick them up or replace them. Worst customer service ever. Will dispute on cc and not purchase again.
